1.) Dun peel skin off ( unless u so garang not scare pain )
2.) Get blister plaster from any pharmarcies(any major shop like gurdian and watsons should have sell ; if dun have then god bless u )

Alternatives :
1.) If bubbles is found appearing near the wound , use a sterile needle to poke it . ( Dun ask mi wads a sterile needle ; i also dunno =p )

After much research , actually sterlie needle means a sharp needle that is sterlise in any way and bacteria free . Try burning it with flame , that should do the trick
